I recently stayed at this beautiful boutique hotel for a week-long business trip. The staff at this hotel were exceptional - very friendly and professional. The rooms were unique and comfortable, with large and comfy beds. The Wi-Fi throughout the facility was excellent, making it easy to stay connected. The breakfast, particularly the omelette, was delicious. The property itself was like an oasis in the midst of a bustling city, providing a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The Emin Pasha Hotel & Spa, Cityblue Collection exceeded my expectations with its great staff, comfortable accommodation, excellent Wi-Fi, and tasty breakfast.

The beautiful gardens provided a peaceful and relaxing retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. The open-plan restaurant and bar were the perfect spots to unwind and enjoy delicious food. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our entire stay. Plus, the hotel's location was ideal, with just a short walk to nearby restaurants and bars.

One minor downside was that some of the hotel's facilities felt a bit outdated. Additionally, the service could be a bit sketchy at times, with towels not being replaced and a few hiccups with room key availability.

My stay at this hotel was simply delightful. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. I particularly appreciated the parking availability, which made my stay hassle-free. The location was perfect for me, as it was right in the center of the city and close to where I needed to be in this city. The reception staff went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful, providing me with music and a TV in my room.

We had a great time here, the food was delicious and the rooms were comfortable, everything was ready for our trip and this place is conveniently located in the middle of town.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and had a wonderful view of the garden and pool. The bed was large and comfortable. The hotel provided outstanding WiFi. The staff at the spa were professional and the restaurant served a delicious breakfast buffet. We, as vegetarians and vegans, enjoyed the variety of options available to us.

Maintenance needed

As a business traveler, my stay at Emin Pasha was a perfect way to unwind after a long day of work. The comfortable room, excellent shower, and charming bureau all added to the overall comfort of my stay. I loved the private patio and seating area that overlooked the beautiful garden and swimming pool. The hotel's tranquil atmosphere provided a much-needed haven away from the busy city. The outstanding WiFi, professional spa staff, and delicious breakfast buffet were all additional highlights. I would definitely choose to stay at Emin Pasha again.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

We had a great stay at a hotel located close to all the convenient spots in the city. The room was comfortable and clean, with a small private patio and seating area to relax. The service was fantastic, with friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. Additionally, the hotel was within walking distance of Uganda Ministry of Health, Makerere SPH, making it very convenient for us.

The only downside was the slightly high price compared to other hotels in the area.
